Our specialty grade coffee is roasted to order.  We always strive for perfection to preserve the oils and maintain freshness.  We never sacrifice quality for profit, which means every single coffee product contains 100% Arabica beans.  We never include lower grade Robusta beans which keeps our coffee from being bitter.
